Working Experience

As a Principal of Aset Niaga Property Management since 2018.

Previous working experiences as a Facilities Manager of CBRE Asia Pacific in managing an account of American Express Malaysia & Indonesia for more than 2 years.

He also is the previous Facilities Manager of Axis Facilities Management Sdn Bhd with working experiences more than 4 years, where he is responsible for the facilities management and operations of all properties in Axis-REIT’s portfolio for Zone 4 of Shah Alam and Klang area.

He has had over 15 years’ experience in real estate professional services in Malaysia and Indonesia, including property management, project management, property due diligence and building code compliance. Other companies that he has attached are Sunrise Berhad as a Property Executive, See Hoy Chan as Building Executive, Raine & Horne Zaki & Partners as a Valuation Executive.

Working Experience

Have roughly 13 years of working experience in Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Berhad and    Id Mar Farms Sdn Bhd where had the opportunity to develop and enhance various skills and expertise in the areas of property management, facilities management, quality management system (ISO 9001), safety excellence management system audit, occupational safety & health and acquisition development management.

More than 18 years experience in banking at multiple organizations. Experience focused on specialization in bank branch operation, customer service and sales environment ranging from supervisory and managerial level.

Muhammad Farhan Hafiz Bin Mohamad Munir

Working Experience

Previous working experiences as a Senior Engineer for IJM Construction Sdn Bhd and UEM Builders Sdn Bhd for more than 7 years specializing in project planning and controlling. Also experienced in Infra Structure work for Highway Design consultation with DPI Konsult Sdn Bhd for about a year.
Has a vast experience with more than 9 years in the construction field. Extensive knowledge and skills in planning, operation, supervision and quality control. Has a knack for project planning using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel and other tools. Was involved in project operation and control based on financial and physical work for various projects. Experience in building and Infra work: Commercial, Highrise and Highway including special projects; Women and Children Hospital Kuala Lumpur and, MRT package V8 (Kajang) viaduct and station S3 (Damansara).
